An internal or external webcam is required for your video visit.

Troubleshooting Tips:

Ensure your webcam is plugged in and enabled
Confirm your browser settings are allowing use of your webcam
Verify your camera selection is set to the correct webcam
Ensure your webcam is not in use by another application
If using an external camera, try connecting your webcam to a different USB port
Restart your computer

Microphone Test Failed

An internal or external microphone is required for your video visit.

Troubleshooting Tips:

Ensure your microphone is plugged in and enabled
Confirm your browser settings are allowing use of your microphone
Verify your camera selection is set to the correct microphone
Ensure your microphone is not in use by another application
If using an external microphone, try connecting your microphone to a different USB port
Restart your computer

Speaker Test Failed

Your computer must have internal speakers or an audio port with external speakers/headset connected so you can hear during your visit.

Troubleshooting Tips:

Check that your volume isn't muted
Verify your volume is not turned down too low
If using external speakers/headset, try unplugging and plugging them back in
Restart your computer

Press the "Start" button to check if your internet speed is optimum for a successful telehealth session. And the graphs on the right side for upload and download should be empty before running the test.
